Kim Woo-bin who is suffering from nasopharyngeal carcinoma posted a picture on Instagram but this turned out to be untrue.

The said picture is apparently of Kim Woo-bin standing in front of an art piece that says 'HOLLOW'.

However, fans claim that Kim Woo-bin doesn't have Instagram and that this picture was fake. Fans overreacted to this picture because the actor is currently suffering from nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Meanwhile, Kim Woo-bin's agency claimed he felt strange symptoms such as nose bleeds and was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a kind of cancer that occurs in the nasopharnyx. It can't be removed as it's located in a difficult position and requires radioactive treatment.
