"Love and Wifi in The Palace" is a time-crossing romance drama that follows a struggling webtoon artist desperate for a hit and a court lady who dreams of becoming a royal concubine. Their lives become intertwined through a mysterious mother-of-pearl brazier that connects the past and present.
The series is based on the webtoon of the same name by writers Jo A and Ginyu, which was serialized in 2023. The project has also drawn attention for being planned simultaneously as a film, short-form drama, and mid-form drama adaptation.
In "Love and Wifi in The Palace", Kim Younghoon stars as Tae-poong, a webtoon artist struggling to make ends meet. Lee Luda plays So-hyang, a palace maid of low birth serving as a jimil nain, while Kim Dong-jun takes on the role of the cold and calculating King Lee Hwi, forming a love triangle with Tae-poong and So-hyang.
Meanwhile, "Love and Wifi in The Palace" has completed filming and is currently in post-production.
