Ko Kyu-pil Confirms Starring in "Heartbeat - Drama"

Actor Ko Kyu-pil will appear in the drama "Heartbeat - Drama".

According to his agency Big Boss Entertainment on the 27th, Ko Kyu-pil was cast in KBS 2TV's new Monday-Tuesday drama "Heartbeat - Drama" (directed by Lee Hyun-suk, Lee Min-soo-I/written by Kim Ha-na-II, and Jung Seung-joo).

"Heartbeat - Drama" is a dizzying life-guaranteed symbiosis romance in which half-human vampire Seon Woo-hyeol, who failed to become a human being by one day in 100 years, and Joo In-hae, a woman who cannot be found to be human, accidentally begin to live together and find true warmth. Actors Ok Taecyeon and Won Ji-an will appear.

Ko Kyu-pil plays Park Dong-seop, a self-employed vampire. Park Dong-seop, who runs a snack bar in front of a high school, believes and follows Seon Woo-hyeol like his brother, and he is a vampire who can't taste food, so he has difficulty in running a snack bar due to his poor food skills.

In response, Ko Kyu-pil plans to revitalize the drama by portraying Dong-seop, who boasts warm humanity despite being a vampire, with his unique pleasant and in-depth inner acting.

Meanwhile, "Heartbeat - Drama" is scheduled to air in the first half of this year.
