On May 21, Koo Hye-sun and Ahn Jae-hyun visited Yonsei University Severance Hospital to donate to the pediatrics department of the hospital.

The couple registered their marriage on May 20 and then visited the hospital to make a donation in place of their wedding ceremony on May 21, which falls on Married Couples' Day in Korea. The couple dressed up in neat and humble clothing instead of wedding dress and tuxedo. The couple said "Thank You" shyly.
