Korean Film Deals at the Cannes Market

Cineclick Asia pre-sold Kim Jee-woon's "The Good, the Bad, the Weird" to France (ARP) and the UK (Tartan). Tartan also secured the UK and US rights for Kim Ki-duk's "Breath"; and the UK and Ireland rights for Kim Ki-duk's "Time" and Park Chan-wook's "I'm a Cyborg, But That's OK".
The UK and France distribution rights of Jun Ji-hyun's English language debut film "Blood: The Last Vampire" went to Pathe, also a co-financer of the project.
"Breath" was also sold to the Baltic States, Czech Republic, Poland, Singapore and Switzerland. In addition, Cineclick Asia's Korean film deals include: "BA:BO" (starring Ha Ji-won and Cha Tae-hyun) to Thailand, "Love Me Not" (starring Moon Geun-young) to Japan, Bong Joon-ho's "The Host" to South Africa and Kim Jee-woon's A Tale of Two Sisters to Greece.
