"1026: For a New World" (2025)

Directed by Choi Wee-an

With Kwon Hyuk-sung, Kim Jin-hwan-I, Jeon No-min, Choi Jin-ho-I, Lee Chung-hun, Kim Hyung-kyoon-I,...

Synopsis
It's impossible to know what kind of reunion these two men, as cold as charcoal and ice, had. However, Kim Jae-gyoo remained resolute until the moment of his death.

During the trial, he refused to plead for his life, refusing to listen to his lawyers. Just before his execution, he refused any religious rituals. He rolled a peach seed drink his mother had given him long ago, and died alone, alone, in the dew of the execution ground.

His final words were simply, "Citizens of the Republic of Korea, enjoy your freedom". No one recognized him.

"The Longest Night: Namtaeryeong" (2026)

Directed by Kim Hyun-ji

Synopsis
In a serendipitous square opened by likes, retweets, and bookmarks, on a blocked and frozen mountain pass, we became comrades to one another while spending the winter solstice together. That 'long, long night' with a wind chill of minus 20 degrees thus became the 'brightest night'.

A record of the Namtaeryeong exploration collected by a Twitter user from the periphery: "A struggle this cute and spicy-this is the Namtaeryeong core!"

"The Rule Breaker" (2026)

Directed by Hwang Da-eun, Park Hong-yeol

Synopsis
In an era of low birth rates, having four children is cheating. With dual-income households already insufficient, being a single-income household is cheating. In a patriarchal society where men are the breadwinners, being a stay-at-home dad is cheating. In the kingdom of private education, free private education is cheating. Raising multiple children is overwhelming enough, but taking care of the neighborhood children as well is cheating. In a society of cheating where fair play has disappeared, a 10-year veteran stay-at-home dad embarks on a thrilling "cheating" project to survive.
