Actor kwon Sang-woo was chosen as one of 'those who succeeded with real estate investments' by tvN show "List of Names 2016.

kwon Sang-woo came in first of the list as he owns a bundle of real estate that adds up to 30 billion won.

kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young's house in Pangyo was built by Michelle Bibit, a worldwide famous construction designer, ranging from 1.3~1.7 billion won. They had their second daughter and moved to Chungdam in 2014 into a building that's one story down and 6 stories up.

kwon Sang-woo bought another building after that. The two buildings add up to 26 billion won.

kwon Sang-woo put his wife and son's birthdays into the building name.
