Kwon Yuri to Release 1st Solo Album Next Month

Kwon Yuri of girl group Girls' Generation will release her first solo album next month.

The mini album has six tracks and will be�unveiled through major online music-streaming sites on Oct. 4, her management agency SM Entertainment said on Thursday.

Ahead of the album's release, Kwon Yuri unveiled a couple of teaser photos which shows her glamorous look as she starts her new journey as a solo singer after having debuted as a member of the girl group more than 10 years ago.

Aside from her solo singing activities, she will also continue her acting career, as she appears in a new TV series, which is set to begin airing on Oct. 11.
