In an interview, when asked about her special preparations for the role of Kim Yeong-joo in the recently ended "Crash Course in Romance", Lee Bong-ryeon focused only on the question, 'What is real friendship?' while playing Yeong-joo. "The relationship was pretty obvious so I could trust my co-actor without having to respond to everything the other person said.
