It has been 16 years since the late actor Lee Eon (real name Park Sang-min) passed away.

Lee Eon died in a motorcycle accident around 1:30 AM on August 21st, 2008. He was 27.

At that time, Lee Eon returned home after the end of KBS2's Monday-Tuesday drama "Mighty Chil-woo". He then went out again on his motorcycle and got in an accident that caused him to lose his balance and collide with a guardrail while trying to change lanes on an overpass in Hannam-dong, Seoul.

In particular, Gong Yoo and Kim Jae-wook, who appeared with Lee Eon in the drama "Coffee Prince" expressed their sorrow on MBC's "Youth Documentary Again - Coffee Prince" saying, "I didn't deliberately talk about Lee Eon for a while because my heart hurt so much".

Lee Eon, a former model, made his debut in the 2006 film "Like A Virgin" and was greatly loved by the 2007 drama "Coffee Prince".
