"A Year-End Medley" is the story of people with different stories, gathering at Hotel Emros and making relationships in their own methods.

Lee Hye-young-I plays Katherine and will be engaged in romance. Katherine is a business woman who returns to Korea from abroad for her daughter's wedding. While she stays in Hotel Emross, she runs into Sang-gyu, the doorman at the hotel who is also her first love.

Jung Jin-young plays Sang-gyoo and engages in middle-aged romance. He is a doorman at Hotel Emross and greets guests with a gentle smile and reunites with his first love for the first time in 40 years.

They are surprised to see each other but they soon get comfortable as they talk.

Meanwhile, "A Year-End Medley" premieres on TVING and theaters this 29th.
