The production team of the movie "The Journey to Gyeongju" (director Kim Mi-jo) announced on the 13th that "The Journey to Gyeongju" cranked up after three months of filming.
"The Journey to Gyeongju" is a special family travel story of a mother and her daughters who head for Gyeongju to take revenge on the day of the release of the killer who murdered the youngest daughter, Gyeong-ju.
First, Lee Jung-eun plays Ok-sil, a mother waiting for revenge after losing her youngest daughter, Gyeong-ju. She plans to show her true value by immersively depicting a mother who lost her daughter with a strong sense of life.
Kong Hyo-jin transforms into Jang-joo, the first daughter who takes care of her family more ddearly than anyone else. Attention is focused on the chemistry between the two as she works with Lee Jung-eun as a mother and daughter once again following "When the Camellia Blooms".
Park So-dam plays Yeong-joo, the second daughter who is unemployed and from law school, heralding perfect synergy. She is joined by Lee Yeon who plays Dong-joo, a former wrestler whose fists react before thinking.
"The Journey to Gyeongju" will be presented to the audience after work on the second half is completed.
