Lee Jung-eun to Play Kim Ji-won's Aunt in in "Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia"

According to the broadcasting industry on Monday, Lee Jung-eun will appear in "Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia" a new drama. The drama will be organized by SBS and will be filmed for the first time in the second half of this year.

"Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia" is a musical noir genre about a genius surgeon Kye Soo-jeong (Kim Ji-won) operating on corruption-ridden medical power.

Lee Jung-eun plays the role of genius surgeon Jeong Hee-sook, who was once called a monster. Jung Hee-sook is the director of a doctor's service agency and a person Kye Soo-jeong calls an aunt even though they're not related. At the moment, she is just a snob and a natural plotter. Lee Jung-eun will play with Kim Ji-won, who plays the role of Kye Soo-jeong.

Lee Jung-eun has demonstrated her presence by playing in a number of works since her heyday 27 years after her debut through the movie "Parasite", which was released in 2019.
