Star House said, "According to the decision made by the Seoul Central Court, Lee Min-ho's name has been used to sell products that weren't signed for with the company. Therefore it is illegal and T, K and G companies have been banned from selling these products.
The injunction to seize sales of these masks was made in June. The products have been sold in packages with the copied image of Lee Min-ho from the drama "Faith".
These products are apparently unofficial and unexplained for so it violates Lee Min-ho's rights and rights to publicity. They also might harm those who purchase these products as well as the tourists that visit Korea.
Lee Min-ho is currently a model for a domestic brand so it's impossible for him to appear in another cosmetic brand.
