KBS2's new Monday-Tuesday drama "My Lovely Boxer" (written by Kim Min-joo-IV, directed by Choi Sang-yeol, Hong Eun-mi, produced by Ace Maker Movie Works, Cornerstone, Blade ENT), which will premiere on August 21, depicts the life of genius boxer Lee Kwon-sook and cold-blooded agent Kim Tae-yeong.
In the poster released, Lee Sang-yeob, who plays the cold-blooded sports agent Kim Tae-yeong, and Kim Sohye, who plays Lee Kwon-sook, a genius boxer who disappeared ahead of achieving a grand slam, show off their unrivaled presence.
As if opening an old photo, the two are sitting side by side under the ring in a faded mood and staring at the front.
First of all, Lee Sang-yeob seems to have melted into the role of S&P sports agent Kim Tae-yeong, a 'professional retiree' who attracts talented players, draws their skills in a short period of time like a serpent, and retires them. He jumps into the world of match-manipulating to save Kim Hee-won, and he is emitting an unusual force with his sparkling eyes.
Kim Sohye, who turns into a genius boxer named Lee Kwon-sook, wears white sportswear with a hairstyle tied together and a faint smile that shows loneliness. In particular, the stained hand wrap while washing her hands makes us guess the amount of exercise she's gone through so far.
Prospective viewers are paying keen attention to whether Kim Tae-yeong and genius boxer Lee Kwon-sook, who enter the match-manipulating world to protect Kim Hee-won, who is like a real brother, will accept Kim Tae-yeong's offer or catch him for real well-being with boxing.
