Lee Young-ae Donates Fund to Aid Sri Lankan Flood Victims

Actress Lee Young-ae donated W56 million to help Sri Lankan flood victims, local media said Thursday (US$1=W1,123).

The Korea Foundation for Persons with Disabilities delivered the money to the Ski Lankan Embassy in Seoul on Lee's behalf.
According to the charity, Lee was deeply saddened by the scale of the loss of life and property caused by the recent flooding in Ski Lanka, and wanted to help survivors, whose problems have been compounded by continued heavy rain.
