Apparently actress Lee Young-ae helped to treat a Vietnamese girl who came to Korea to treat her brain tumor.

Lee Young-ae sent a total of 37 million won (approximately $31,664.00 USD) to cover the operation and other medical bills in January.
This girl has been cured and returned to Vietnam and a magazine reporter in Korea found out about this and decided to spread the news.
Lee Young-ae's agency claims it's true and she wanted to do it privately.
Meanwhile, Lee Young-ae has two children with her husband Jeong Ho-yeong.
