Actress Kim Sa-rang got into a big accident while traveling through Italy. She is currently back in Korea and receiving treatment.

Recently, Kim Sa-rang took a trip to Italy and got into an accident at a famous furniture shop. The shop left a manhole unattended and the actress broke her leg when she fell into it. She was rushed back to Korea for a treatment shortly after the accident. According to the hospital she was admitted, her injury is on the serious side and they are watching closely for any after effects.
