Moon Byung-gon "Safe" and Kim Soo-jin-I "The Line" headed for Cannes

Director Moon Byung-gon's "Safe" and Kim Soo-jin-I's "The Line" are headed for the 66th Cannes International Film Festival.

The two movies have been invited for the Short Film Category and Cine Foundation Category.
"Safe" by Moon Byung-gon has been selected for the Short Film category. Moon majored in filmology at Jungang University and created movies like "No More Coffee Break". Last year's "Immortal Man" was also selected for the Cannes Critics category.
Kim Soo-jin-I's "The Line" was selected for the Cine Foundation category. Cine Foundation introduces the films of movie makers. Jo Seong-hee who created "A Werewolf Boy" came in third last year.
Meanwhile, Cannes International Film Festival will be held in Cannes, France from the 15th of May to the 26th. The opening film has been selected as Baz Luhrmann's "The Great Gatsby".
