The Netflix series "Mr. Plankton" which will be released on November 8th, depicts a romantic comedy that takes place when the world's most unlucky woman, Jae-mi is forced to accompany a man named Hae-jo, who was mistakenly born on the last trip of his life.

The variety of charms of Hae-jo (Woo Do-hwan), Jae-mi (Lee Yoo-mi), a pure-hearted groom, Eo-heung (Oh Jung-se) who goes after them, and Beom Ho-ja (Kim Hae-sook), an unusual head family member, raise questions about the story they will complete.

Among them, a still from the characters that have been disclosed further stimulates expectations. From the images of an uninvited guest captured at Jae-mi and Eo-heung's wedding to his empty eyes in the rain to a smile that emerges only when he is with Jae-mi, Hae-jo's various facial expressions stimulate curiosity about him.

"Hae-jo is free-spirited more than anyone else", Woo Do-hwan said. "I wanted to express his freewheeling spirit well". Jae-mi leaving with Hae-jo on an unexpected journey due to his surprise appearance brings her to face her honest self.

"Jae-mi is a flower-like character who blooms in misfortune. She is a friend who treats every moment with sincerity and lives honestly", Lee Yoo-mi said. "Jae-mi is comforted by Hae-jo. I hope that the detailed feelings of Jae-mi facing various situations can be conveyed".

It is also interesting to see Eo-heung chasing after Hae-jo and Jae-mi. On the day of his dream wedding, the groom, who pledged his love by gifting a pair of flower shoes to Jae-mi, loses the bride in front of his eyes and begins his pursuit like a deviation for the first time in his life.

Oh Jung-se, who emphasized that "Eo-heung is a 'first', provokes curiosity by suggesting that "everything that happens in the drama is a first to Eo-heung". In addition, the aura of Beom Ho-ja, the mother of Eo-heung, from five generations of a Jonggajip, also draws attention.

When her prospective daughter-in-law, who she accepted just because she had the 'seed' of the historic Poongyang Eo family, disappears, Beom Ho-ja takes special measures. Beom Ho-ja, who has extraordinary momentum, is played by well-known and trusted actress Kim Hae-sook, sometimes sternly and sometimes comically, adding to the depth of the character.

In "Mr. Plankton", director Hong Jong-chan of the Netflix series "Juvenile Justice" and the drama "Dear My Friends" and writer Jo Yong of "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" are in sync.
