Being watching Goong in Korean with Eng Sub. Found that some words used have Chinese sound e.g. flower, frangance, ma ma (3 sound). So interesting

Another way is to drink fresh carrot juice as the nutrients are vital for the blood. 1-2 times a weeks. Sorry, if I sound like a nag but my heartache when you are not well.

Eun Hye, if you are anaemic, try red dates boiled with dried longan & drink as beverage. I am pesco vegetarin but iron is at good level in my blood. I take red dates 2-3 times a week.
