Netflix' "The Price of Confession" Casts Jeon Do-yeon and Kim Go-eun

Actor Jeon Do-yeon, Kim Go-eun, Park Hae-soo, and Jin Sun-kyu have come together for "The Price of Confession".

Netflix said on Thursday that it has confirmed the production of a new series "The Price of Confession" and unveiled the casting lineup of Jeon Do-yeon, Kim Go-eun, Park Hae-soo, and Jin Sun-kyu. Expectations are high already.

"The Price of Confession" is a mystery thriller about Yoon-soo (Jeon Do-yeon), who is suspected of killing her husband, and Mo Eun (Kim Go-eun), a mysterious figure called a witch.

Jeon Do-yeon plays Ahn Yoon-soo, who struggles to clear her name of her husband's murder. Ahn Yoon-soo's daily life, in which she dreams of small happiness with her family, is destroyed by her husband's mysterious death.

Kim Go-eun will play the role of Mo Eun, a mysterious woman who appears in front of Ahn Yoon-soo. Known as "The Witch" among prison inmates, secretly approaches the troubled Yoon-soo.

Park Hae-soo and Jin Sun-kyu will fiercely chase the truth of two secretive women, adding attraction to the drama.

First, Park Hae-soo plays Baek Dong-hoon, a prosecutor who maintains coolness in the face of any incident and has strong convictions. He is a talented prosecutor who solves every case with sincerity that he takes care of day and night. He stares at his faith and honor to find out the secrets of Yoon-soo and Mo Eun.

Jin Sun-kyu transforms into Jang Jeong-goo, Yoon-soo's lawyer. As a boxer, he never flirts with any case and begins a pursuit of truth to prove her innocence.

He raises questions about why Mo Eun approaches Yoon-soo and what kind of butterfly effect the meeting between the two will have.

"The Price of Confession" will be released on Netflix. The release date is undecided.
