Oh Young-soo Suspended From KBS and Kim Ho-joong To Be Evaluated

Actor Oh Young-soo (80), who was convicted of forcibly harassing a woman in the first trial, was suspended from KBS.

According to KBS and others, the Broadcasting Appearance Regulation Review Committee raised the regulation on Oh Young-soo from 'recommendation not to appear' to 'suspension of appearance' as of the 13th.
Oh Young-soo, who became popular as the 'Kkanbu grandpa' by appearing in the Netflix drama "Squid Game", was indicted without detention in 2022 after he was found to have forcibly molested a woman A while staying in the province for a theater performance in 2017.
Oh Young-soo denied the allegations, but was found guilty at the first trial and sentenced to eight months in prison and two years of probation. Oh Young-soo later appealed.
