Ohn Joo-wan Awarded for Best Performance at South African Film Festival

Young actor Ohn Joo-wan has been chosen as the winner of the best performance award by an actor in a leading role for his performance in "The Peter Pan Formula" at the Durban International Film Festival, which lasted from June 15 until 25. The movie's director Jo Chang-ho also received the award for best young director.
Cho's debut album was invited to the festival's Competition category along with Korean-Chinese Zhang Lu's "Grain in Ear".
Other Korean films invited to the Panorama category included Kim Jee-woon's "A Bittersweet Life", Chung Yoon-chul's "Marathon", and Park Chan-wook's "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance".
"The Peter Pan Formula", which depicts the growing pains of a teenage boy, was awarded the Jury's Prize at France's Deauville Asian Film Festival in March.
