[Orion's Daily Ramblings] Jeong Jae-yeong Considering MBC Drama "Partners for Justice"

Actor Jung Jae-young may be dealing with the law once more, but upcoming drama "Partners for Justice" takes a different route than clone chase thriller "Duel". The upcoming title is about a prosecutor and a forensic scientist joining hands to catch a culprit, which is as generic a premise as one would expect during such early announcements.

After being initially reported as considering the role of a prosecutor, the actor's agency has clarified that he is reviewing the offer for the role of a lawyer, and that this is still at the stage of consideration. Does this mean that the lead is slightly different to the stated premise, or could we be looking at a supporting character or even villain?
Whichever the case, Jung Jae-young is a great actor to have in any work and role, and I hope that this one can treat him well if he accepts. "Duel" was disappointing in many ways, the uninspired use of his talent being one. "Partners for Justice" is looking at a May premiere on MBC.
