[Orion's Daily Ramblings] Kim Do-hyun Joins "The Item" as Jin Se-yeon's Boss

Actor Kim Do-hyun, who was most recently seen in "Life" and "Partners for Justice", will be joining Ju Ji-hoon, Kim Kang-woo, Jin Se-yeon and Kim Yoo-ri in "The Item", the upcoming series about ordinary objects with supernatural powers.

Kim Do-hyun will be playing Choi Ho-joon, the profiler team leader for the Special Investigations Unit, and Shin So-yeong's (Jin Se-yeon) boss. I've only watched the actor in three of his works, but the huge contrast between his terrible criminal in "Partners for Justice", and his likable and kind doctor in "Life" is impressive.
It looks like we have a capable chameleon on board "The Item", so I'm looking forward to his role, and I hope that his character will be more interesting in practice than he is on paper. The drama will begin its run in January, on MBC.
