[Orion's Daily Ramblings] "Life on Mars" Shakes It to the Sounds of Park Nam-jung's Missing You

I don't think I have words in any of the languages I speak and write to describe this video, but it's definitely very "Life on Mars"-y. The adaptation has been having a blast with its take on Korean 80s culture, and this humorous video tribute to Park Nam-jung's famous song Missing You is just a cherry on top of an already satisfying cake.

I know that the premise of the drama is quite dark when you think about it, but I do hope that this humor remains an integral part of things. From the amusement park ride theme to Park Nam-jung's "L Dance" move seen in this latest homage video, this is just too adorable and silly, in a good way.
OCN's stab at promotional humor is a case of hit and miss for me, but "Life on Mars" is definitely a hit so far. It also makes me feel more comfortable with a production when they clearly show you that they want you to have fun with their work, be it in a comedic or other way. I hope that "Life on Mars" will a great ride for us all.
