Lee, who claimed she was raped by actor and singer Park Yoo-chun, was arrested and charged with false accusation.

Her "Friend" Hwang from a gangster organization and her boyfriend were also charged with threat.
According to the prosecutors, Lee's boyfriend plotted to get money from Park Yoo-chun after his girlfriend claimed she was raped. He met with Park every day until the 8th of June and threatened him to release this news to the media.
