Playlist Releases Shortform Drama "Dear X - Short"

The comprehensive content studio playlist will unveil a new short-form drama called "Dear X - Short".

"Dear X - Short" is a campus thriller about Ji-yeon (Kim Yi-seo) whose life is ruined because of a false truth, revenging her friend Yoo-mi (INA), who caused her to live in a life of hell.

The drama film and goddess Ji-yeon, who was cast in a famous director's work and dreamed of a happy future, falls into abyss in an instant due to Yoo-mi, who is her best friend. Not only does Yoo-mi distribute a video of Ji-yeon and Professor Park's intercourse, but she also has an affair with Ji-yeon's boyfriend Geon-woo (Kim Do-eun-I), and Ji-yeon decides to take revenge on Yoo-mi.

"Dear X - Short", which consists of a total of 63 episodes, will be aired on platforms such as Japan's BUMP and Global ReelShort starting with the domestic platform Shortcha on the 28th of last month and will be released later on six additional platforms.

Playlist PD Choi Bit-na said, "Starting with the feeling of betrayal to the person you trusted the most, we will provide a wide range of emotions to the cool catharsis through borderless revenge".

Meanwhile, Playlist will release four short-form dramas starting with the year 2024, starting with "Dear X - Short".
