CHOEAEDOL announced on August 28 that BIGBANG was selected as No. 1 in its August–September Debut Anniversary Poll.
The theme poll celebrated K-pop artists with debut anniversaries in August and September and closed on August 27, 2026, KST.
With participation from fans worldwide, BIGBANG placed first in the poll, adding to the celebration of the group's debut anniversary.
BIGBANG released the digital single "BiiiG" on August 19, the group's 20th debut anniversary. The group then opened the "BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR " with concerts at Goyang Stadium from August 21 to 23, continuing its 20th-anniversary activities.
A CHOEAEDOL representative said, "We sincerely thank the fans who celebrated the debut anniversary of BIGBANG, a group loved for its distinctive music and performances. We will continue improving the app so fans can communicate, enjoy photos and videos for free, and share meaningful moments together".
