Produced by CJ ENM Studios, "Spring Fever" is a romantic comedy drama directed by Park Won-gook and written by Kim Ah-jeong. The series shows the warm spring romance that melts frozen hearts between Yoon Bom (Lee Joo-been), a detached and cold-hearted high school teacher who moves to the small town of Sinsu for a new beginning, and Seon Jae-gyoo (Ahn Bo-hyun), a man whose fiery passion turns a quiet village upside down. She gradually opens her heart after meeting him.

Since its premiere, the series has consistently remained in Prime Video's Global Top 10 TV Shows chart, according to FlixPatrol. It has captured audiences across key international markets, ranking among the most-watched titles in multiple regions. During its run, the series reached the Top 10 in a cumulative 50 countries and topped the charts in ten countries. Notably, "Spring Fever" maintained its No.1 position throughout its release window in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. Its momentum continued into the later phase, securing new No.1 rankings in Brazil, Paraguay, India, and Sweden, further underscoring its sustained global appeal.

This success underscores CJ ENM's strategic partnership with Prime Video to expand the global distribution of K-content. Building on the strong performance of "Marry My Husband", a key driver of the partnership, CJ ENM has continued to supply titles including "No Gain No Love", "Head Over Heels", and "Nice to Not Meet You", with its 2026 lineup set to feature "Siren's Kiss", "See You at Work Tomorrow!", and Love in Disguise.

Sebastian Kim, Head of Content Distribution Business Unit at CJ ENM, said, "We are thrilled to see Korean drama fans' reaction globally for "Spring Fever" and how they consistently share their excitement since the show is released on Prime Video. This success reflects our expertise in global content distribution, and reinforces CJ ENM's position as a trusted partner for K-content worldwide".

Meanwhile, "Spring Fever" has also performed strongly in Korea, gaining attention as a light-hearted romantic comedy. Within two weeks of its premiere, it surpassed an average viewership rating of 5.4 percent on linear television and exceeded 500 million cumulative views across related digital clips, underscoring the title's ability to succeed organically across both local and global platforms.
