PSY's 'Hangover' Proves Another Early Hit on YouTube

The music video of PSY's latest single "Hangover" has attracted over 13 million hits within just 24 hours of its release. As of early Tuesday morning, the music video has received 13.15 million hits on YouTube.

The song blends Korean playfulness with a hip-hop beat and features PSY in a de facto duet with Snoop Dogg, but reviews from critics have been mixed. Some have bewailed the lack of a catchy melody and imitation-friendly dance moves.

PSY's previous single "Gentleman", released in April last year, attracted 10 million views in 17 hours.

His global megahit "Gangnam Style" became the first-ever video on the video-sharing site to reach over 2 billion clicks on May 31. This has caused high expectations that "Hangover" can blaze another impressive trail.
