A capture of the reply was posted on an online community on the 1st of March.
The reporter wrote; "Hello. I don't reply to all emails, but I can understand how you must be feeling, so here I am. I am sorry you are upset by my report and I don't feel good about it".
"I also went through the teenage stage and I also realize I may have hurt the feelings of many high school fans who should be in a sensitive stage right now. However, I can't erase my reports or take back what I'm doing because there are facts that need to be told to society".
"I wrote the report after thinking about it for a long time and I still think about it every day. I am human and I do have conflicts. I won't ask you to understand me".
"I hope you overcome this difficult time and look back on it after time passes. Thank you. Take care of your health".
The reporter brought up speculations regarding the club Burning Sun which was used as the center of lobbying and providing sexual escort to various investors. He also revealed text messages between Seungri and some of his close associates in which Seungri said, "There's a guest from Taiwan. Get him 000 and what about the women? Get ones who are 000".
YG Entertainment claims that the text messages have been forged, but the reporter said, "There's no reason for them to be forged. Besides refining a few wordings, everything is true".
With the continued speculations, Seungri appeared for questioning for a span of 8 hours and 30 minutes. The police took samples of Seungri's hair and urine for drug tests.
The text messages have not, as of yet, been confirmed.
