Yoo Yeon-seok takes on the role of Kang Dong-joo who thinks surgeries are the easiest things in the world. He is a specialist who graduated at the top of his class. He was born poor but wants to live like a king.
Seo Hyun-jin plays Yoon Seo-jeong, a woman who became a doctor to make herself acknowledged by someone.
