Rookie Jang Jae-ho is being put into "Basketball".

He takes on the role of Choi Tae-yeong, brother to Lee Elijah (Choi Sin-yeong). His first scene will take place in the eighth episode.
"Basketball" is about the love and conflicts of youths during the Japanese Empire to the day of independence.
Choi Tae-yeong is one who hates his father Choi Je-gook (Kim Eung-soo) who will even use his family for self success and compromising with the Japanese. Choi Tae-yeong volunteers into the Japanese army to be a different person from his dad. He also cares the world for his sister.
Jang Jae-ho made it through auditions for this role and said, "I will repay the director back for this honor with hard work. I joined later than the others but as much as I'm an important character I won't let anyone down".
Meanwhile, Jang Jae-ho starred in the play "Welcome to Oasis", "Murder in Gucheon", "The Private's Letter", "Flight", "Gospel" and others.
