Based on the popular web novel of the same name, the drama follows Goo Yeong-jin (Kim Yun-seok), a powerful six-term National Assembly member who takes his own life in 2008, only to return as a ghost and awaken in 1998, ten years earlier. He then teams up with Cha Jae-rim (Kim Seon-ho), a 9th-grade civil servant, forming an unlikely duo as they attempt to take over the National Assembly.

Ryu Kyung-soo will play a key character closely entangled with Assemblyman Goo Yeong-jin, portrayed by Kim Yun-seok. With a significant presence in the story, his role is expected to further heighten the drama's intensity. Anticipation is rising for the explosive synergy between scene-stealer Ryu Kyung-soo, who has built solid experience through numerous projects, and the acclaimed veteran actor Kim Yun-seok.

Meanwhile, Ryu Kyung-soo made his debut in 2007 with the drama "Catch a Kang Nam Mother" and has continued an active acting career, appearing in dramas such as "The Bequeathed", "Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938", "Glitch", "The Sound of Magic", "Hellbound", and "Our Unwritten Seoul", as well as films including "Daemuga: Sorrow and Joy", "Jung E", "Yadang: The Snitch" and "Homeward Bound".
