S501's Kim Hyun-joong Injured in Traffic Accident

Kim Hyun-joong (24), a member of the star idol group SS501, was injured in a recent traffic accident. Kim's agency DSPent said on May 18 that Kim was diagnosed with bruised ribs which will take two weeks to heal completely.
According to a spokesperson of the agency, Kim Hyun-joong had a fender-bender near Jamsil on May 12 while he was driving with his friend. He was diagnosed with bruised ribs and scratches, and received hospital treatment. Due to the injuries, he has decided to showcase his new ballad song entitled "Let Me Be The One" instead of a dance song in his "2010 I Love Korea Dream Concert", which will be held in Seoul Sangam World Cup Stadium on May 22.
A spokesperson continued, "Actually, SS501 had planned to sing a dance song, the title song of their upcoming new album which will be released at the end of this month, in the "Dream Concert", but it might be hard for Kim Hyun-joong, who had a car accident recently. So they changed their original plan and decided to sing a ballad song. But there will be no problem for their further activities beginning from next week with their new album".
