"Sea of Hope" Kim Go-eun Faces Mask Accident Underwater

On JTBC's "Sea of Hope" which aired on the 24th, Kim Go-eun went out to clean up the sea in Gosung. Kim Go-eun's mission is to collect abandoned nets and fishing nets from the sea.

Kim Go-eun, who was fully prepared, admired the mysterious sea scenery, but struggled to clean the sea by collecting empty bottles stuck between coral reefs.

But then an unexpected situation happened. The compression of the mask loosened, making it difficult to breathe.

In response, Kim Go-eun complained of pain, saying, "The water keeps coming in", and eventually ended the work for safety.

Kim Go-eun, who came out of the water under the supervision instruction of a safety agent, finally burst into tears. "I kept drinking sea water. Even if I did as I was taught, I drank in sea water every time I breathed", she said.
