"There Is an Idol in My Living Room" is a youth melodrama that unfolds when Joy (Kang Ji-hu), an excellent student at Sejong Institute, and Yeo-won (Yeo One), a Hallyu Wave idol star, accidentally live in one house. Web dramas have been produced to effectively promote Sejong Institute at home and abroad at a time when interest in Korean language and Korean culture is increasing around the world due to the recent Korean Wave.

There are a total of 10 web dramas, each of which is about 20 minutes long. Considering the popularity of K-pop among foreigners as the male protagonist of web dramas, it puts forward Yeo-won, a member of the Hallyu Wave idol star Pentagon. Interesting elements related to Korean culture can also be found throughout the drama, such as Seoul's tourist attractions and K-pop drama insertion music (OST).

Through the online production presentation on the 20th, it will tell not only the drama recommendation scene that actors directly tell, but also the story behind the role selection.

Lee Hae-young, chairman of the foundation, said, "We hope that the web drama will further improve the awareness of Sejong Institute for foreigners interested in Korean and Korean culture, and furthermore, more learners who want to study Korean will visit Sejong Institute".
