Asia's biggest animation festival will kick off in Seoul next month.

The 23rd Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival will start its five-day run on July 17 at COEX in the capital.
More than 100 animated works from 28 different countries will be screened, along with other events.
The opening animated film is the Korean 3D feature "Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs", based on the Grimm Brothers' fairytale "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs".
