Seungri Apologizes for Embroilment in Drug Use and Sexual Service Allegations

Big Bang's Seungri appeared at the Jongno Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on the 27th under allegations of drug use and business interactions involving sexual relations. YG Entertainment stated, "Seungri will be fully cooperating with the investigations and will agree to all drug tests".

Seungri appeared in a black suit and stood in front of the press. "I have submitted a petition to the police regarding stern investigation into my situation. I worried and angered so many people with these issues and speculations. I have disappointed many people and I apologize".

"I will cooperate so the investigations can be resolved as soon as possible".

Just before he made the appearance, YG Entertainment told the media that the police sent a petition urging for investigation and that Seungri will also be sending a petition, asking for urine and hair drug tests.

Additional allegations surround the Big Bang star as Seungri is director of the club Burning Sun, which experienced an incident where a customer was beaten up that led to investigations of drugs and sexual crimes. Recently added to the investigations was speculation of offered sexual escort services.
