The new MBC miniseries "Kairos" released stills of actor Shin Sung-rok in the role of Kim Seo-jin, a businessman who is the youngest member of the board of directors in the drama.

"Kairos" is a fantasy romantic thriller about a man who is in shock of losing his daughter and a woman who lives in the past and looks for her missing mother, struggling to save the ones they love.

Shin Sung-rok's performance in "Kairos" is highly anticipated as his delicate acting and character digestion from many previous works amplified viewers' immersion. He takes on the role of Kim Seo-jin who suddenly faces an unfortunate situation.

Kim Seo-jin is the most trusted member of Yoojoong Construction's board of directors based on his strong ambition. Although he is cool-headed in judging situations based on figures and results, he also has the solid aspect of a man who has gained early success for the safety of his wife Kang Hyun-chae (Nam Gyu-ri) and daughter Kim Da-bin (Shim Hye-yeon).

Kim Seo-jin's professionalism of checking dusty construction sites instead of just working in the office and smiling softly in black suits make viewers excited. It is also making the first broadcast even more curious as it foretells that something unusual is happening to him as he can be seen with disheveled hair and dirt all over his face.

About the work, Shin Sung-rok confidently said, "If viewers get the creeps like I did then this will become my life's work".

"Kairos" premieres on the 26th of October.
