So Ju-yeon to Star in "The Midnight Romance in Hagwon"

So Ju-yeon's agency E&S said on the 23rd, "So Ju-yeon will appear as Nam Cheong-mi in the drama series "The Midnight Romance in Hagwon"".

"The Midnight Romance in Hagwon" depicts a secret and sweet real-life romance between veteran academy instructor Seo Hye-jin (Jung Ryeo-won) and her flirty student Lee Joon-ho (Wi Ha-jun), who returns after 10 years and stirs her heart. The secret romance that begins when the lights of Daechi-dong academies go out and the colorful stories of academy instructors that we didn't know about are depicted in a dense manner.

In the drama, So Ju-yeon plays Nam Jeong-mi, a confident character, as a new Korean language instructor who admires the Daechi-dong academy district.

Recently, So Ju-yeon played Yoon Ah-reum, a cute and lovely mascot of Doldam Hospital who mans down the emergency room and patients in "Dr. Romantic 3" which was broadcast on SBS.

The drama series "The Midnight Romance in Hagwon", starring So Ju-yeon, will be released on tvN and TVING next year, directed by Ahn Pan-seok.
