Song Jae-rim Passes, "The Beginning of a Long Journey"

Actor Song Jae-rim has died.

According to Asia Economic Daily on Wednesday, Song Jae-rim died at his apartment in Seoul's Seongdong district. Police also reportedly found a suicide note worth two sheets of A4 paper at the scene.

The deceased's funeral was set up in Room 2 of the Funeral Home of the Virgin Mary in Yeouido, Seoul. The coffin will be borne out at noon on Wednesday.

Song Jae-rim was born in 1985 and debuted in the 2009 film "Actresses". Since then, he has made his name as an actor by appearing in dramas like "The Moon Embracing the Sun", "Fantasy Tower", "Two Weeks", and movies like "The Suspect" and "The Snob". Many people have also loved him for appearing on MBC's entertainment program "We Got Married".

Recently, he has met the public through TVING's "Queen Woo", JTBC's "My Military Valentine" and the play "Wife". In particular, the death of Song Jae-rim is sad news as he has been communicating closely with the audience by taking the stage with the musical "Rose of Versailles", which ended last month.

Among them, Song Jae-rim's social account status is drawing attention. Song Jae-rim recently changed the name of his Instagram to "The beginning of a long journey" causing regret among Internet users.

The former agency, which was in charge of Song Jae-rim's management, told TV Daily on the same day, "We didn't know about his whereabouts since his exclusive contract expired earlier this year".
