Song Joong-ki purchases 10 billion won housing in Itaewon

Song Joong-ki bought a 10 billion won (~U$10 million) house in Itaewon.

The real estate had two floors up and one floor in the basement. It is 602㎡ in surface area and 371㎡ in floor space.

Song's management claimed nothing about it and said it was his 'personal business'.

Song Joong-ki is one of the celebrities with a lot of real estate and last year he bought 2.5 billion won villa in Seocho, Seoul.

Song Joong-ki's income for "Descendants of the Sun" last year alone was 960 million won.

After the drama Song Joong-ki is worth more than 1 billion won a year and in China he receives 200 million won per episode. He made over 100 billion won just last year.
