Song Kang-ho to Do First Drama With "Uncle Sam-sik"

Actor Song Kang-ho will appear in a drama for the first time since his debut.

Song Kang-ho will participate in the drama "Uncle Sam-sik", directed by Shin Yeon-shick. It is the first time that he has participated in a drama since he began acting through a theater stage in 1991.
"Uncle Sam-sik" tells the story of Sam-sik, a man who survived the turbulent period of Korea in the 1960s, and Kim San, an elite. Director Shin Yeon-shick directed and wrote the script.
The production company Slingshot Studio said, "Sam-sik, the main character of the 10-part drama series "Uncle Sam-sik", has a colorful narrative. We expect actor Song Kang-ho to breathe life into such a character".
Meanwhile, director Shin worked with Song Kang-ho on "One Win" and "Cobweb". "Uncle Sam-sik" is currently discussing formation.
