Korean star Song Seung-heon is dating China's sweetheart Liu Yifei, Song's agency confirmed Wednesday.

The two met on the set of "The Third Way of Love", a Korean-Chinese co-production set to be released sometime in September.

The news was broken by Chinese entertainment media on Wednesday, who got wind that Song stayed in Liu's summer house and met with her parents.

But Song's agency initially denied the reports.

Song (39) is hugely popular in China. Liu (28) made her debut in a Taiwanese TV series in 2003. She has also appeared in Hollywood movie "The Forbidden Kingdom" in 2008.
