MBC drama "Arang and the Magistrate" showed Choi Joo-wal (Yeon Woo-jin) stabbing Sin Min0ah in the chest and kidnapping her to the mountains.

Eun-oh's (Lee Joon-gi) mother Seo (Kang Moon-young) who was thought to be missing appeared and asked if the child with the pure soul was brought. Choi Joo-wal wanted to show her the body but Arang was gone.

Seo angered and scolded him saying, "I ask you to bring me a pure soul every once a year in the leap year and that I'll give you everything but you can't do that? You're worthless".

Choi Joo-wal was shocked and begged for forgiveness but Seo glared at him saying, "Do you want to go back to eating the fodders of a cow?"
