On the final episode of the SBS weekend drama "Beautiful Gong Shim", Seok Joon-soo (On Joo-wan) saved Gong-shim (Bang Minah), then got into a car accident.

Joon-soo came around after surgery and reunited with his grandmother (Jung Hye-sun) in tears. Joon-soo started calling Dante "My Annoying Brother" and decided to give up on his love for Gong-shim.

Dante was asked to go to America to study management with Gong-shim. However, Dante saw how happy she was at work and her work was being acknowledged so he didn't ask her to go with him.

Dante had to leave in a hurry and he told Gong-shim he was leaving. She was upset. They missed each other on the day that they left and Gong-shim cried.

A year went by. Gong-shim took off her wig and was successful with what she was doing. Dante returned to Korea and reunited with Gong-shim. They quarreled but were still in love. Dante planted a ring in a small pot in her house a year ago and kissed her as he proposed. She accepted.

Gong-mi (Seo Hyo-rim) told Seok Joon-soo that she liked him. Dante came back as a civil rights lawyer who defended people for free.
