[Spoiler] "Bel Ami" from comic to real life, perfection captured

On the first episode of KBS drama "Bel Ami", portrays a beautiful, irresistable, woman-magnet man named Dokgo Mate (Jang Keun-suk).

On the other hand, average girl Kim Bo-tong (Lee Ji-eun) reveals herself being deeply attracted to Mate from the start.

Kim Bo-tong's luck is on her side this time as she finds Dokgo Mate and his mother sitting in her restaurant. Bo-tong dreamily offers him unlimited portions as Mate ate kalbi ribs in a dream-like way. 

Dokgo Mate's (Jang Keun-suk) beautiful appearance, charm and arrogance was seen throughout, which led him to receive a brand new sports car from Jaek-hee (So Yu-jin), his girlfriend whom he only likes because of her wealthiness.

As Mate was driving in his new car, he glanced next to him to find a woman in a red vehicle and becomes anxious to find out who she is, but loses her in a car chase. Later on he discovers the mystery woman is Hong Yoo-ra (Han Chae-young).

As Mate runs into Yoo-ra once again, he suddenly receives a phone call from Bo-tong, saying that his mom is sick in the hospital. He then rushes to the hospital with Yoo-ra, in her car, which leaves Jaek-hee (So Yu-jin) concerned because she finds out that he left with Yoo-ra.

At the hospital, Dokgo Mate's mom, Kim Mi-sook (Yang Mi-kyung)'s health gradually decreases and eventually dies, and he expresses his true feelings and love for his mom as he is left crying and sobbing on the floor, holding a photo frame of his mom, which she had prepared for him earlier when she had asked him which pictures looked best via text message.
